Who we are: Karmic Courage Productions (KCP) is a film and media company located in Noblesville, IN. We have produced 14 projects since our inception in 2005. We are currently doing a festival and distribution run with our feature film Ingénue as well is in development on two new feature film projects. Karmic Courage produces projects with strong and flawed female characters. We are a female focused company and because of the low number of women in independent film KCP looks to mentor and intern with aspiring female filmmakers.

The perfect candidate will have a background in film/video production, a love for film, a self-starter with a positive attitude that can meet any challenge. Intern will report to Kate Chaplin and Amy Pauszek.
